UNIX (Linux) C-Kermit is not a terminal emulator; it's a (mostly) transparent
communications pipe between the remote host and your terminal window or
emulator (or terminal). Thus this question can't be addressed by C-Kermit;
it can only be attacked at the remote host (e.g. in its termcap or whatever)
or in your terminal window or emulator.
